           Tribal Welfare Residential Telangana Employees Association or Telangana Employees Association (TEA, Gurukulam) was founded on 13th August 2007 by the founder members Mr. Mamidi Narayana, JL in Economics TTWREIS, and   Mr. K. Thirupathaiah, Principal TTWREIS. The Union's main motto was the formation of  Telangana state and Zonalisation in all teaching cadres in TTWREIS. Right from the inception of the union, many have been rendering their services and supporting the union exclusively without any financials. Zonalization is a historical success of the Telangana Employees Association(Gurukulam) Union. The Union has its own privilege to explain about the Zonalization before “ASSEMBLY HOUSE COMMITTEE” headed by Mr.Uttam Kumar Reddy the MLA and Tribal Residential  Telangana Employees Association has succeeded in changing the service rules in 11th BOG on Dt.09.08.2007. The Union is soo proud to explain the importance of bifurcation of the state and  Gurukulam issues before “SRI KRISHNA COMMITTEE” during the Telanagana freedom movement.  At present, the nominated body headed by Mr. S. Kumar DL In English as President,  Mr. S. Shyam Kumar JL in Mathematics as General Secretary, and approximately (40) members of the State Executive Body from various regions are continuously representing and solving the issues pertaining to the service-related problems of TTWREIS  teaching cadre. There are a few major obstacles to overcome….....

Implementation of UGC scales for all Degree Lecturers.

Special Scales/Parity Scales for Gurukulam Teaching & Non- Teaching Cadre.
Regularization of Non-Teaching cadre.
